A silicone electronic access control keyboard is constructed using a combination of high-quality materials designed for durability, functionality, and user comfort. The primary materials include silicone rubber,conductive materials and PCB (Printed Circuit Board).Silicone rubber is chosen for its flexibility, durability, and resistance to environmental factors such as moisture, dust, and temperature extremes. Silicone rubber also provides a comfortable tactile feel and reliable feedback when the keys are pressed.To ensure electrical conductivity, the silicone rubber is often embedded with conductive materials such as carbon or silver particles. These conductive particles enable the keys to register user input by establishing an electrical connection when pressed. Beneath the silicone keypads, a printed circuit board (PCB) is used. It supports both OEM and ODM customization and meets ISO9001-2015 and IATF16949 standards. Sourced from Xiamen, China, it’s efficiently packaged in PE bags and boxes, with packaging customization options.
